Mr. Fransen has enjoyed a diverse practice at Fransen and Molinaro, LLP since 2006. Prior to becoming an attorney, he owned and operated a mortgage and real estate brokerage. During those years he developed a keen understanding of not just real estate and lending laws, but also challenges facing businesses in general. As an attorney, Mr. Fransen has represented over 500 clients in bankruptcy cases, argued in both state and federal courts of appeal, conducted both jury and non-jury trials, and consulted with numerous businesses in regulatory issues. He also has done a significant amount of public speaking at various venues, including the following:
NID Housing Counseling Agency: A terrific non-profit focusing on assisting those struggling with their mortgage payments.
New Wealth Advisors Club: A club focused on guiding and training real estate investors, led by Melina Boswell.
